The PFA Institute is a nationally-acclaimed 501(c)(3) non-profit organization centered around providing greater opportunity for low-income and minority youth to thrive in advocacy and political spaces. Joining our team means you'll be working with dedicated and passionate students from all over the nation.
The National Chapter Director plays an integral role in the PFA Institute's leadership team. Responsibilities include reviewing any new curriculums implemented by local chapters, working with the Director of Finance to allocate funds, and communicating with new and old chapters. You'll also work with state directors to establish and lead our national Leader Incubator program through state nominations.
Examples of the work include implementing new initiatives within chapters, leading a national team of students from various chapters, and working with different team members to fix any chapter issues. The National Chapter Director is someone who is ready to work in close communication with people from all over the country. Ideal candidates will have experience with management roles and digital organizing.
Creating, revising, and establishing curriculums
