The PFA Institute Introduces The Justice Fellowship
JANUARY 27, 2020—The PFA Institute is excited to announce their newest program, the Justice Fellowship. The Justice Fellowship is a digital mentorship program for students interested in pursuing a social justice and/or political passion project. This fellowship is open to students aged 13-18 who are based in the United States.
This venture is especially important to the PFA Institute’s mission of increasing accessibility and equity in activist and political spaces. We believe that all students, regardless of race, gender, and socioeconomic background, should be provided with an equitable opportunity to have their voice heard in spaces that affect them directly. The Justice Fellowship allows us to engage with students who don’t have chapters in their direct communities.
The first cohort will consist of anywhere from 5-10 students. They will be matched up with mentors who are experts in their respective fields. The fellowship will last for three months and at the end, students will be expected to make a tangible change in their communities.
More information and applications can be found at pfainstitute.org/justicefellowship. Applications are due by March 1st. The cohort will be announced on April 10th. For questions, comments, or press inquiries, please email .
